New Pop Music...with a twist! The CD ''Back With Vengeance'' came out of nowhere. As time went on over the past year I put a song together here and there and had no set plans for any of them. Once I laid the tracks down for ''Back With Vengeance'' I knew how I wanted the vocals to come out and I didnt want to settle for less. So I pushed until I got it. This was a challenge for me because no matter what came out...it was never ''it'' This was the longest time I've ever spent on ONE song lyric wise and putting together the vocals. (2 months) People in thier late teens early 20s really liked it...then I tested it out with some others...the mid agers :) It caught a wide variety of age groups. I was pleased with the outcome and the feedback.
Where did this new pop music come from? Heck if I know? Although it's more pop than I've ever written before...It still has my dark twist to it which makes me like it :) I love the darkside!
Why ''Back With Vengeance''? Well...some things in life can knock you down, leave you wounded, scarred, and weak. I battled through a tough time and I survived!
This new pop music has a little bit of attitude and a strong outlook. When you fight you survive, and when you're haunted by things of the past...look forward, dont look back. The echoes of pain always find you as long as you dont let go. I've let go of a dark chapter in my life...and this has brought me here stronger than ever. I'm back with vengeance!
